LIDL SUPERMERCADOS

Integral Technical Assistance to the opening and modernization of the supermarket network.  

LIDL SUPERMERCADOS, S.A.U has been entrusting COTECNO from the year 1.996 with the engineering design and the site management for the commercial premises that the company has been opening all around Galicia.

According to the agreement between the parties, COTECNO has been undertaking all the necessary engineering works for the setting out, execution and opening of the commercial premises, always following the exigent guidelines that characterize the brand LIDL.

• There has been carried out the setting out for more than 170 commercial premises for LIDL on an equal number of land plots.
• From all these settings, there were developed more than 30, which resulted into the opening of the relevant supermarkets. 

All works that are carried out for LIDL stand out through the high level of exigency imposed by the company at European level. COTECNO undertakes that the setting out analysis, the design elaboration and especially the execution phase comply with the guidelines established by LIDL. To achieve the high level of efficiency which is required, the contact between the team of COTECNO and the coordinators of LIDL is permanent, resulting into a fluid and advantageous communication on both sides, which is based on the trust that COTECNO has gained from L SUPERMERCADOS, S.A.U all along the years they have been working together.
