“La Citi” at the shopping center “LA MAQUINISTA”.
Having concluded the job in the emblematic shopping mall in the city center of Barcelona, Cotecno was the responsable of the construction work on behalf of the owners of the property, UNIBAIL RODAMCO WESTFIELD (URW), as author of the basic construction project, execution project and the subsequent construction management.
“La Citi” is a new outdoor space of 1000 m2 with amazing patios dedicated to ‘street food’ and the urban culture.
The full protect was developed with BIM Methodology, which allows the experience of virtual reality in the process of the development of the project and the construction work, minimising the difference between the project and the finished construction.
