COTECNO has undertaken the Engineering Design and Site Management for the new offices of the Company, situated on the Doctor Esquerdo Street in the centre of Madrid.

The project has a built area of 2.300 m² laid out on four levels. On each level, the different diaphanous areas destined for offices are provided with the necessary support spaces such as: reception, meeting rooms, cafeteria, utility room, garden patio and technical rooms.

COTECNO has participated in all the development stages of the project: Starting with the conceptual design and going through the development of building solutions and finishes, the elaboration of the engineering design, the procedures for the obtaining of the work and functioning authorizations, the Site Management and the legalization of the installations.
