THE PASTOR BANK OFFICES IN MELIDE.
BANCO PASTOR
Basic and Detailed Engineering Design, Site Management.
COTECNO has undertaken the Engineering Design and Site Management during the remodelling and fitting-out works at the Pastor Bank branch of Melide.
The Project, carried out according to the new Pastor Bank corporate image, was conditioned by two fundamental determinants:
- This was a new branch where there had to be transferred the elements of the former one in a very short time, which meant completing the works in only 5 weeks.
- It was situated on the route of Camino de Santiago, which represented an extra difficulty in carrying out the formalities and integrating the heritage criteria.
COTECNO participated in the entire life cycle of the project: the conceptual design, the search for solutions, the elaboration of the engineering design, the procedures for the obtaining of the work and functioning authorizations, the Site Management and the legalization of the installations.
