Basic and Detailed Engineering Design, Site Management.

COTECNO has undertaken the Engineering Design and Site Management during the remodelling and fitting-out works at the Pastor Bank branch of Pontevedra, located on Doutor Loureiro Crespo Street, in front of the Provincial Hospital.

The Engineering Design and the Site Management undertaken by COTECNO made it possible, after ten weeks of work, to transform the offices according to the new image that the PASTOR BANK wishes to give to its branches.  

The strict site management during the remodelling works made it possible to keep the branches open to the public during the works, observing the maximum quality and security standards required by the PASTOR BANK.

COTECNO participated in the entire life cycle of the project: the conceptual design, the search for solutions, the elaboration of the engineering design, the procedures for the obtaining of the work and functioning authorizations, the Site Management and the legalization of the installations.
