The Ministry of Labour and Welfare under the Government of Galicia - Xunta de Galicia has awarded the company COTECNO the elaboration of the project for the Improvement of the Energy Efficiency of the Residence “Nosa Señora dos Miragres” of Barbadás (Ourense), the promoter of the investment being The Ministry of Labour and Welfare under the Government of Galicia - Xunta de Galicia.
The building which represents the object of intervention dates from 1969 and in time it has suffered various extension and refurbishment works.
Taking into account the age of the building, the successive extension and refurbishment works and the various maintenance interventions, the elaboration of the project was approached with a double purpose: the improvement and unification of the thermal performance of the building covering and the intervention on the various installations for the improvement of the energy efficiency of the complex.
