PLASTIC OMINIUM COMPONENTES EXTERIORES, S.L. built in Redondela an industrial building for the production of automobile components, which was to supply several automobile assembly plants.

It was designed and built a diaphanous building of 72 m x 41.55 m and a height of 12.60 m. Attached to the main section of the building there were to be executed two other sections for:

- One for creating a truck loading/unloading area with the appropriate loading platforms.

- Another for the offices where the building administrative activity would be carried out. The offices would be organized on two storeys, which would be organized themselves as following:

• Ground floor:

  • Workshops: 48,45 m²
  • Modelling area: 12,50 m²
  • Men toilet: 8,40 m²
  • Women toilet: 8,40 m²
  • Staircase: 10,50 m²

• Superior level:

  • Study: 12,50 m²
  • Offices: 35,85 m²
  • Corridor: 10,40 m²
  • meeting room: 20,85 m²
  • Staircase: 10,50 m²

The building provided with all the necessary installations its activity, particularly standing out the heating system by means of high temperature radiant tubes and an illuminating system completely adjustable according to the day light.
