Engineering Design, Site Management and Technical Assistance.

On a land plot of 33.000 m² situated in Ribadeo (Lugo), the company Erosmer Ibérica, S.A. intended to build a Maxi Mall of 6.300 m² for retail sales of different types of products related to the commercial sectors of food, bazaar type and textile, with a cooling power of 360.000 kcal/h and a Transformation Centre of 630 Kva.

The Mall was to be provided with a wide parking area, a Service Station occupying a surface of 1.500 m², with 4 fuel dispensers and 4 buried tanks of 40.000 l c/u (diesel, unleaded 95, super 97 and unleaded 98). The Engineering Design, the Site Management and the Technical Assistance were undertaken together with LKS. The project was completed in 6 months.
