Site Management.

Promoted by the Galician Institute for Housing and Lands (IGVS), the Business Park of Alvedro has a surface of 450.000 m² distributed between roads and 259 land plots.

Strategically situated in A Coruña, within the municipality of Culleredo, close to the Alvedro Airport and to the access roads A-6 and A-9, as well as the National Road 550 and the Local Road 213.

Due to the land configuration, there must be underlined the fact that there were undertaken earthworks of 1.250.000 m³, which allowed a development with gentle-slope ramps. The road surface was made of: 25 cm ZA-40 artificial gravel at the base and asphalt coating made of 11 cm G-25 basic layer, 8 cm S-20 intermediate layer and 6 cm D-20 running layer, with the relevant road grip ECR-2 and prime EC treatments.

It was provided with the public service networks: sewerage (separated pluvial and waste sewerage systems), potable water, irrigation, electrical network (medium and low voltage, and illumination), telephone, gas, data and video surveillance.
