On the 22^nd of May COTECNO participated at the Sectorial Round Table Conference organized by ASEMER, "Development of Bucharest: General Urban Plan, Future Prospects of the Real Estate Sector and New Infrastructure Projects”. The main purpose of the conference was to establish an open dialogue on the main difficulties that the real estate sector of Romania was facing in its daily evolution, particularly in Bucharest. 

The Town Planner of the company COTECNO, Dora – Alexa Morcov, considering the experience achieved in the numerous projects carried out by COTECNO in Romania in the last years, took the floor to speak about the difficulties that the promoters were facing when initiating a project. Within this framework, it was discussed the necessity for the procedures to be always carried out with the help of a town planning specialist, in order to reduce risks or assume them consciously, reducing both the project implementation time and costs and maximizing the benefits.
