Elaboration of the Basic and Detailed Engineering Design, Interior Design and Site Management. 

The Promoter requested the fitting out of an office building – the headquarters of the company Ingafor, with the demands of a high flexibility and various use configurations.

The project was solved on two diaphanous, versatile and modular storeys in a multipurpose space where the staircase got the determining main role.

The facade, made of a curtain wall system, integrated in the same solution the ventilation and illumination, as well as the privacy necessities, reflecting the environment of the Condesa de Casa Bárcena Street, situated in the centre of the city of Vigo.
