CONSORTIUM OF THE FREE ZONE OF VIGO. Detailed Engineering Design and Site Management - Sáez de Oiza Arquitectos

Technical Assistance during the Execution Works. In collaboration with AYA Aguirre and Associates.

The undertaken tasks were, among others:

- Monitoring of the works in all their technical, economical and time schedule aspects, including the elaboration and/or supervision of the issuing of documents, monthly reports regarding the eventual price or time modifications, so as to take the necessary correction measures in time.  

- Assistance in the work commissioning, subsequently checking the satisfying solution to the possible deficiencies and offering assessment to the beneficiary and/or to the Engineering Design team in the final work payment.

- Assistance in selecting the exterior publicity panels of the Mall, working in collaboration with the team that was in charge with the corporate image and publicity, including offer selection, design and execution.

- Assistance in establishing the interior signs, both for the parking and the commercial gallery.

- Technical assistance in defining the Interior Decorations and Design of the Mall.
