PROSEGUR inaugurates the new offices and warehouse of Newton Street, in A Coruña.

COTECNO has undertaken the Engineering Design and Site Management during the remodelling and fitting-out works of the new offices, warehouse and training centre of Prosegur on Newton Street, in A Coruña.

The project has a built area of approximately 5.400 m² laid out on two levels, the upper level being destined for offices and the lower level for warehouse and workshop.

The level accessed from Newton Street joins together the different business units into vast diaphanous working spaces. Each of them is provided with the necessary support facilities, which, organized in closed spaces – meeting rooms, reprographics, technical rooms – succeed along the corridor or the longitudinal axis that connects these support rooms to all the departments.

The lower level, destined for workshop, has a merchandise reception area, as well as several workshop and storage spaces, where the target was the highest storage volume on the occupied area. It is also provided with several office areas connected to these spaces, as well as with a laboratory I+D.  

COTECNO has participated in all the development stages of the project: Starting with the conceptual design and going through the development of building solutions and finishes, the elaboration of the engineering design, the procedures for the obtaining of the work and functioning authorizations, the Site Management and the legalization of the installations.
