EBERSPAECHER builds a new exhaust technology plant in Portugal. 

The German Group EBERSPAECHER invests in an additional components plant for the exhaust technology, in Tondela, Portugal, entrusting the engineering design, calculations and Site Management to Cotecno, as an engineering company, and the “turnkey” execution of the industrial complex to IZCON, as a building company.

The land plot on which the building of the production and logistics premises is carried out has a surface of 11.5 hectares and it is situated in the Industrial Area of Lagedo (Municipality of Tondela).

The designed building is divided into three well-differentiated parts. As main activity, it is made of a production area of 16.300 m², a storage area of 6.000 m² and an office area which is laid out on two levels, with an area of 2.400 m² each.

The development is completed with a car park area of 14.773,85 m², a sports area of 1.557,08 m² and a road area of 15.653,24 m².
