PROSEGUR inaugurates the new office of Copérnico Street, in A Coruña.

COTECNO has undertaken the Engineering Design and Site Management during the remodelling and fitting-out works of the new office of Copérnico Street, destined for Call Center.

The built area of the space is 800 m² laid out on a sole level, thus resulting in a totally diaphanous space, which generates a large working area, with a sole compartmentalization, a service area destined for toilets, cafeteria, first aid room and technical room.

COTECNO has participated in the entire life cycle of the project: the conceptual design, the search for solutions, the elaboration of the engineering design, the procedures for the obtaining of the work and functioning authorizations, the Site Management and the legalization of the installations.

The strict site management during the remodelling works, as well as the coordination of the various agents involved, made it possible to observe the deadlines established by PROSEGUR for the transfer of the staff to the new office.
