COTECNO has carried out the Engineering Design and the Site Management for the restoration of the Great Garage building, the last trace of Modernism in Pontevedra, which in those times was emblematic for the Progreso Street, today’s Benito Corbal.

Built in 1915 in a sole one-level body, work of architect Limeses Artime, it stood out immediately due to its modernist façade design and colour.

After its 100 years of history, during which it was permanently connected to transportation, the building closed its gates in the summer of 2014.

Once the restoration carried out by MANGO has been completed, the new commercial use allows us to enjoy again this unique modern building.
