Basic and Detailed Engineering Design, Site Management.

COTECNO has undertaken the Engineering Design and Site Management during the remodelling and fitting-out works at the Pastor Bank branch of A Illa de Arousa.

The Project allowed the transformation of the branch according to the new image that the PASTOR BANK wishes to give to its branches. Besides, it was paid a special attention to its integration within the centre of the settlement, characterized by the typical features of a fishing village.

The strict site management during the remodelling works made it possible to keep the branches open to the public during the works, observing the maximum quality and security standards required by the PASTOR BANK.

COTECNO participated in the entire life cycle of the project: the conceptual design, the search for solutions, the elaboration of the engineering design, the procedures for the obtaining of the work and functioning authorizations, the Site Management and the legalization of the installations.
