Basic and Detailed Engineering Design, Site Management.

COTECNO has undertaken the Engineering Design and Site Management during the remodelling and fitting-out works at the Pastor Bank branch of Cambados.

The branch is situated right in the Historical Centre of the town, which was declared Cultural Heritage and considered one of the best restored and preserved items in Galicia. Thus, for the design of the façade, there were considered both the background integration criteria and the new image that the Pastor Bank wishes to give to its branches.

The strict site management during the remodelling works, which affected the facades, the distribution and all the installations, made it possible to keep the branches open to the public during the works, observing the maximum quality and security standards required by the PASTOR BANK

COTECNO participated in the entire life cycle of the project: the conceptual design, the search for solutions, the elaboration of the engineering design, the procedures for the obtaining of the work and functioning authorizations, the Site Management and the legalization of the installations.
