Technical Assistance.
COTECNO was entrusted the task of undertaking the Technical Assistance during the builidng works of adapting the places for valid persons to places for dependent persons of the Residence for Elderly People of Doctor González Bueno, located at km. 13 on the Colmenar Road, within the municipal area of Madrid.
The promoter of the project was the Regional Service for Social Welfare under the Ministry of Family and Social Development of the Community of Madrid via ARPROMA (Arrendamientos y Promociones de la Comunidad de Madrid, S.A.).
The work consisted in demolishing the existing spaces and further rebuilding new closings, partitions and installations, all these in line with the relevant legislation regarding the dependent people.
