Revision of the Engineering Design and Site Supervision.

COTECNO was contracted by AVANTE ESPACIA for the revision of the engineering design and the site supervision for the works of the “Mirador Residence” Residential Complex, situated in the County of Dambovita, Romania.

The complex occupied a surface of 143 Ha destined for housing and complex public functions for 35.000 inhabitants.

The residential park was organized in distinct areas:

• An exclusively residential area (housing and complementary functions) with buildings of maximum G+6+M
• A mix area for housing and complex public functions with buildings of G+4+M, G+6+M and G+8, linked with other general functions which were to ensure the necessary spaces for a varied range of activities, specific for quite a large community (35.000 inhabitants).

The housing land plots were provided with pedestrian paths, green spaces, playgrounds and leisure spaces, car parking places and garages at the ground level and semi-buried.

Besides the residential buildings, the project also included the roads, paths, public parking places, water supply and waste and pluvial sewerage networks.
